4 weeks ago today you came in to my world, you had your ups and downs, but with everyday you get stronger and you finally starting to get your groove! Love you to the moon and back baby girl!!
Well the last 4 weeks have flown by for the Andrews household!
I’d thought I’d share some special moments, next week I’ll give a run down on whats been happening in our lives the past 4 weeks!

A friend of mines father passed away today, at the age of 63.
I have mixed feelings about this, in a way I’m happy he is not suffering from mesothelioma, but in another way I’m sad that he will not be able to see his grand kids grow up.
Barry was very sick (mentally) for a long time from years of misuse of alcohol when he was younger. But he always had a wicked Aussie sense of humour!!
He work on the railways that’s where his drinking troubles began, but by 40 he was home bound.
He survived by his beautiful and always forgiving wife, two children, 5 grandchldren and close family friends he’d like to call his own kids, including my husband.
He always greeted us with a smile and a ‘good to see you’ and he always complimented the ladies on how pretty they were, even in their daggy Sunday best.
We’ll miss you Barry but know you’re looking down on us and having a chuckle, a smoke and tellin us how it is!!
I will leave this post with my favourite memories of our time together Barry that is our dance together at my wedding, and the day you met Sophie! You were grinning from ear to ear, so happy for us!!
RIP Barry

In less than 12 hours I’ll be welcoming you in to this world…
I’m nervous, excited, worried and curious all at once.
Wonder what we’ll call you?
Off to sleep I must go, tomorrow will be challenging!!
Did you know that the maternal death rate of women in Papua New Guinea is 1 in 7? That’s a pretty shocking statistic. A mama friend of mine, Adriel, is leading the charge to collect ” clean birth kits” through an organization called Medical Ships to get life saving birth kits into the…

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
Lest We Forget.
“Remember little Sophie from her Year in the Life shoots?
Well, she’s going to be a big sister!
Ive had a few of our mums from our Year in the Life sessions turn up to their childs 1 year shoot pregnant (how exciting!) – Annemarie was one of them. Their new little princess is due in just a few short weeks. We dodged the rain last week for her maternity shoot – once again, hubby was camera shy, so this was more of a mummy & Sophie Maternity shoot
